Description
This three storey family town house is located on Eastgate, a lovely tree lined road and is within easy walking distance of the town centre of Pickering. It has the added benefit of a large extended kitchen dining area, together with two king size and a twin bedroom. Outside is a small lawned garden area with table and chairs.
Accommodation
Ground Floor:
Lounge: Comfortable seating area with wood burning stove in an art deco fire surround. Flat screen TV with digibox and DVD player.
Dining Area: Spacious dining area with pine table seating six people.  ipod Docking Station.
Kitchen: Two steps up in to the fully fitted kitchen, equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Radio and CD player.
Understairs Cupboard: Books, games, DVD's.  Iron and ironing board.
Utility: Equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Cloakroom: Toilet and hand washbasin.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with oak framed king size bed. Wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside cabinets.  Radio alarm clock.
Bathroom: Bathroom with mira electric shower over the bath. Wash basin, and WC. Heated towel rail, shaving point and mirror.
Second Floor:
Bedroom: Twin framed wooden beds. Wardrobe and set of drawers.  Bed lights and CD radio alarm clock.
Bedroom 1: Pleasant room looking out of the back of the property with a wooden framed king size bed.  Bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobes.
Outside:
Garden: Fenced off lawned area directly across from the back door of the cottage.  Seating area with table and chairs.
Parking: Parking is at the roadside opposite the front of the property.
Restrictions:
Dogs: No dogs in this cottage.
Considerations:
Staircase: The second floor staircase is steep and the treads are narrow. It does have a handrail.
